How the supply chain is structured

We separate material sourcing from processing and keep specification control in-house. The purpose of that structure is simple: a customer should be able to hold us accountable for the material they receive, regardless of which partner touched it.

Upstream material sourcing

Zinc oxide is sourced through an established upstream materials partner against a defined incoming specification. Incoming material is verified against that specification before it enters processing — the point of control is before the material is transformed, not after.

Contract manufacturing

Processing runs through a contract manufacturing partner with controlled precipitation, calcination, and surface treatment stages. We work to defined process parameters rather than purchasing whatever the line happens to produce, which is what makes the specification reproducible.

Specification control stays with us

The specification, the test methods, and the acceptance criteria are ours. A lot that falls outside specification does not ship, irrespective of which partner produced it. This is the arrangement that lets a customer treat ZINWISE as the responsible supplier rather than as a broker passing material through.

On partner disclosure. We do not publish the identities of our upstream and manufacturing partners without their consent — publishing a partner's name invites customers to approach them directly, which is a fast way to lose the relationship. Partner identities, facility details, and audit access are available to qualified buyers under NDA.
